Chisholm, Eischens, Neisius, Goergen get Chateau Speedway wins

Joe Chisholm won the USRA Modified main event.

Joe Chisholm led flag to flag in the USRA Modified feature. Ryan Wetzstein finished second but not due to a lack of trying. Charlie Steinberg claimed the last step of the podium.

Andrew Eischens led every lap of the USRA Stock car feature, holding off Jackson Vsetecka, who fnished second, and Travis Shipman hung on to finish third.

Caden Neisius rocketed through the field from fourth in the USRA B-Mod feature to pick up the win. Kaden Bronner finished second and Mike Meyer finished third after a war of attrition seeing six yellows.

Ryan Goergen started second in the USRA Hobby Stocks but took the lead on the opening lap and never looked back. He managed to fend off a late charge from Scott Spilde with Brady Krohnberg finishing third.

Next Friday, July 19, Auto Value Albert Lea and Auto Value Austin present the Summit USRA Weekly Racing Series featuring French’s Repair USRA Modifieds, Skjeveland Enterprises USRA Stock Cars, K&M Motorsports of Ashland USRA B-Mods and Power 96 USRA Hobby Stocks competing for USRA track, regional and national points.

Hanson Tires Midwest Mods and J&S Repair Outlaw Mini-Mods will also be on the card. Racing starts at 7:15 p.m.
